For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

My Cat loves the Rosie Rat. She has played with it so much it is almost bald. She loves to hide it under all sorts of things, so sometimes it is lost for a while. Then when she finds it again, she is very happy and plays with it a lot. I love that they are made in USA.

They love these rats!! My 7-month-old buff boy likes to play Golden Retriever with them. He will bring them to me to toss for him, as many as 20 times. These are fabulous toys, and seem indestructible. And believe me, they are little Destructo machines!
