For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Arrived earlier than expected
I have 7 cats ranging in age from 6 months to 14 years. All of them just love playing with Rosie the Rat. I think I get more enjoyment just watching them play with it. I have a jar of just heads from all the old Rosies thar they’ve gone through. I was very happy to find this again. Will definately purchase again.

My cats absolutely love Rosie rat. I was reluctant to order them because I am a vegan and do not but leather products for myself. But I do feed my cats meat and I liked that mickeyspetsupplies made a point of saying the rabbit fur came from farm raised rabbits that were already used for food. As an animal rights advocate it makes me a little uncomfortable but no more so than having to give my furry little carnivores meat.
Mickeys communication was excellent. When they didn’t have in stock exactly what I wanted, they let me know and gave me the choice of waiting a week or taking a different color. We waited and they came in as scheduled.
My cat absolutely loves this toy! She “hides” it by shoving it under a door then “retrieves” it by reaching under and feeling for it ’til she can pull it back out. She will walk around the house “talking” with it in her mouth then drop it in her food bowl. I’ve had to buy a couple extras for when she hides it a little too well.
I’ve been having a hard time finding my cat’s favorite toy until I shopped at Mickey’s Pet Supply. I was thrilled! They sent it out right away and now we’ve got a happy kitty.
This was my first order . I ordered this and a bunch of other stuff and my cats went crazy for everything. I also was sent some free little cat treats and a really nice thank you . Great company , will be ordering again soon!!!
