For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

My cats love this toy, really love this toy. Honestly it is the best toy they ever got. So much so that they will play with it for hours.
My kitties so love these mice. The leather and fur components must seem really real to them – they’ll grab one up in their mouth and growl as they sneak away to hide it all for themselves. I’ve order 8 or 10 now to give the the lonely kitten that can’t find one and they constantly disappear and the occasionally reappear. Nothing ever has been a bigger hit in my cat’s joint opinion.

These are the best ever, the original rat. I used to pick them up locally when I bought grain for my horse. Upwards of 20 total. One cat constantly relocated them all over the house. I lost her last winter. The new guy is nuts. He located all of the them. I’m finding mangled bodies and chunks of rabbit hair all over the place. Tails and heads appear. Hence the need for more. Rosie Rats aren’t available locally anymore. This is the real thing.
I ordered these as a donation to an organization that foster pregnant cats and helps find forever homes for the momcat and kittens.
My two kittens, now 8 months old, have gone through four toys in four months. I don’t know if they’re giving them more play time, rougher treatment, or if the toy itself isn’t as “fresh” as the ones my cats played with ten years ago, but they are much sought after, and when done with their toy lives, fur is shredded, tails removed; I find bits and pieces lying around. These cats just love ’em.

We originally bought one of these at a cat show and our cats went absolutely crazy over it. We have had a very hard time finding these, so we were psyched to find them here!
