For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

I have ordered them numerous times as my cat loves them , the problem is they don’t last long because she continually takes them to her water bowl and plays with them after which they are pretty much ruined even after drying out.

Rosie is placed in the food bowl several times a day by my 13 year old cat.
I bought one for my daughter’s cat and she asked me where I bought it. She told me it was her cat’s most favorite toy ever.
My cat loves rabbit hair toys, and Rosie Rat turns out to be a favorite. We play catch with it. I toss it in the air and he leaps for it. Oddly enough, he also likes to dunk it in his water dish and then drink the water while it floats there. Fortunately Rosie survives the experience pretty well. I just towel her off and let her air dry.
