For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Our Harley loves these mice! He hides them for us to locate. He drops at our feet for a game of throw & retrieve. We often find his mouse in his dry food…why? This toy last for long time, great quality!
My cat plays with her Rosie the Rat toy more than her other toys. Also she brings it in on the bed at night, and over to my chair in the evenings before she lies down beside it. It is obviously important to her.

I bought the original Rosie Rat back in the early 1990s. Rosie was passed on to a total of three cats who loved it until it finally was not recognizable. After a few years of being pet free, I now have two 2 yr old kittens who are thrilled to have their own Rosie Rats to love, hide and leave on Mom’s pillow. I made a point to buy extra’s and sure enough they are all gone to other kittens who love Rosie too.
