For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

I rarely write reviews but this is worth it. My cat loves it! She plays with it all the time, she will play fetch and carry it around. It’s definitely her favorite toy! I love the quality of it and it has not come apart at all. I will definitely be getting more!

The best cat toy ever
Easy to flip and swat around.
My cat was previously an outdoor cat for around 3 years and I have a hard time finding toys he engages with. He absolutely LOVES this toy though and he hasn’t destroyed it after a few weeks of heavy play. His claws really get stuck in the fur and he looks very happy with it.
The fur Rosie rats are so popular with a couple of my cats. They carry them around the house. They are well made and even big Maine Coons can’t destroy them So glad you had them.
