For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

I have yet to meet a cat that doesn’t love this toy. After they were discontinued from my local pet store I hunted them down online. It is the favorite toy of every cat that I know. In addition, Mickey’s Pet Supplies ships quickly and is easy to order from.
My 2 year old, who is a picky player, is having a blast with Rosie. I just got an 8 week old kitten and he goes absolutely bonkers over her!

My boy has always loved these. He plays with them randomly at his leisure and really runs, jumps and throws them around. We recently pulled out his little fake grass and he’s obsessed with hunting the rats through the grass.
I got Rosies years ago on Etsy and then I couldn’t find them. I heard they were discontinued due to having real rabbit fur. So when I found these I was skeptical if they were real because other “Rosies” didn’t meet the same expectations even though the listings would say rabbit fur. I was so happy to see they were real. My girls are obsessed with these toys! They are going on my Christmas shopping list for all my cat friends and family. And I will be stocking up on them to make sure I never run out!! I hoard them and only give my girls one every 6 months or so. From day 1 to their last days, each Rosie never disappoints.
This is his favorite toy! He can’t get enough of it. He even plays with the scrap of fur with the leather left after he destroys it. Great toy and I’d highly recommend this.

I want to let you know how much I appreciate your superior customer service for my very particular and spoiled feline. Cooper requires a certain size of the Rosy Rats that are currently very difficult to find in our area of the Pacific NW. Now he has found Mickey’s he has required me to always make sure we have an abundant supply for his use and for gifting to his favorite friends. Thanks for being there for us and being so accommodating to his needs.
Tough, realistic, and their favorite toy. We have three cats. I just ordered three more rats. They think they are real, and act proud that they “killed” it. They bring them to us, and drop them at our feet. We praise them for hunting, and then play the game again.
