What are my shipping charges?

Free shipping is offered on orders of $69 and more AFTER any discounts and BEFORE sales tax.

This offer does not include Alaska, Hawaii and Military Addresses.

For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?

Our newest cat is 100% obsessed with these Go Cat Wild Thing wands! Not the ones on the flexible lead, these ones, on the stick. Why? Because, if you flap them just right they sound exactly like a bird and, wowee, does that ever get him going! He loves them so much, that when I couldn’t find any locally, I ordered them from Mickey’s — in a whole other country — to ensure he was always entertained.
