For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Our kitty who is one year old is obsessed with this toy. He is on his third one. He carries it around in his mouth. We also got him the fish, the frog and the chick, but the duck is his favorite.
Max loves his talking toys especially the Duck. We tell him to bring Ducky to bed and he knows which toy we are talking about. Hope you get more ducks in soon.
These ducks are cute and make a quacking sound. They love picking them up and carrying them around. Mickey’s was the only place that I could find them, when I had to replace their old one when the battery finally died.
Big Hit with One Eye. Even though the duck’s quacker went silent after a few days of vigorous kicking, One Eye continues to play enthusiastically with the little toy.
Multipet Look Who’s Talking Duck Cat Toy
Since our elderly dog showed no interest in this toy, I am keeping this for a backup for the cat, who goes crazy over the chickie toy. Only drawback is they are small enough to easily loose around the house. Cat plays with them grabbing and kicking them. They are well loved toys.
The talking frog is my cat’s new favorite. It is the perfect size for batting and carrying around.
