These are our second biggest bully sticks and meant for big aggressive chewers. Since these are a natural product, the thickness and weight of each stick varies. Super Monster bully sticks come from some of the biggest bulls and they are hard to get and in limited supply. USA super monster bully sticks do not contain smoke flavor, chemicals or preservatives. They are rinsed several times and then slow baked for a high quality, long lasting, dense, odor free dog chew.
Most items may be returned within 30 days of purchase date in new and unused condition.
A Return Merchandise Authorization must be obtained by calling us at 877-863-5431.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain “Customer Choice Returns”. Although our site offers “Free Shipping” for orders of $69 or more, it is not actually free for us to ship your items to you. If you change your mind, don’t like the item, mistakenly ordered a wrong item, this is considered a Customer Choice Return. The shipping charges we paid to ship your products may be deducted from your refund.

For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
This was a really good product. Higher quality than other Bully Sticks I have purchased. Worth every penny. And they also last longer than the cheaper Bully Sticks. So my dog gets more enjoyable chewing time. Thumbs up all the way around!
