These are our second biggest bully sticks and meant for big aggressive chewers. Since these are a natural product, the thickness and weight of each stick varies. Super Monster bully sticks come from some of the biggest bulls and they are hard to get and in limited supply. USA super monster bully sticks do not contain smoke flavor, chemicals or preservatives. They are rinsed several times and then slow baked for a high quality, long lasting, dense, odor free dog chew.
Most items may be returned within 30 days of purchase date in new and unused condition.
A Return Merchandise Authorization must be obtained by calling us at 877-863-5431.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain “Customer Choice Returns”. Although our site offers “Free Shipping” for orders of $69 or more, it is not actually free for us to ship your items to you. If you change your mind, don’t like the item, mistakenly ordered a wrong item, this is considered a Customer Choice Return. The shipping charges we paid to ship your products may be deducted from your refund.

For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Loves them.. but a three stick per day habit gets expensive
I ordered a monster bullystick order as a new customer. I like the quality very much for my puppy. She is an aggressive chewer and needs something substantial to last more than a day or so. This is the item that seems to work. The order I placed looked like 3 pieces but I received only 1, so I emailed to customer service to receive *immediate contact. Excellent customer satisfaction and priority is how I view this company so I know I will return again. Also loving the idea of USA sourced and shipped. Thank you.
These are the longest lasting sticks I have found to date, and believe me, we have tried many different brands. I think Sophie is getting used to them, as they don’t have that nasty, pungent urine smell as other sticks do. I think that’s what’s making her hesitant to devour them. Lately though, she is getting into them more and more so we’re happy with them and will continue to stick with this company.
