For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
It is very difficult to find toys NOT made in China for my dog in pet stores and is just about impossible. I love Mickeys Pet Supplies because finally I have somewhere to go to buy toys for my dog, which are made in the USA. Great job Mickeys!!
Daddy left Libby’s squirrel down at the beach so he had to get her a new one. As you can tell, Libby adopted Mr. Squirrel immediately. I am happy to buy USA made, and Mr. Squirrel is clearly a quality product. I ordered it from Mickey’s on Thursday and it arrived securely packed on Sat afternoon. With a bit of supervision I think that Mr. Squirrel will have a happy and squeak-filled life with Libby (German shepherd, 1-1/2 yr, 66 lbs.)
Purchased 2 toys for my dog that were supposedly made in the US. After seeing their Dollar Store quality, I suspect that’s likely not true. Both toys were expensive but poorly made with cheap materials. Had them for less than a week when a seam opened up on the one my dog favored (wouldn’t touch the other one) and my mixed Chihuahua, who is not rough with toys, was able to pull the stuffing out. I called and spoke to someone on the phone who said “The toys are hand sewn and unfortunately, we don’t guarantee them”. Unfortunate for who? The consumer who was scammed out of a lot of cash for a cheaply made dog toy from who-knows-where? Had you the integrity to stand behind your products and replaced the shoddy piece of crap that you took my money for, I would likely have been a return customer. Ripping me off not only loses you future business from me, but everyone I tell at the dog parks I take my dog to who’s looking for USA made toys. I’ll make sure to spread the word to stay away from “Mickey’s Pet Supplies”!
Hi the squirrel WAS adorable! We loved her! Unfortunately she didnt last long with my Golden pup. But not many toys are long lasting at this stage of puppyhood against a set of little shark teeth. I love that your products are made in USA.

Even though Evie is a papillon and therefore small, she just loves her squirrel! It is her favorite toy and looks forward to “squirrel time” every evening. I have never seen a dog go so crazy over a toy. She must know it was made in the USA instead of China.
