What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?

The ears did not smell smoked. I have been able to buy smoked ears from a meat market and these smell nothing like the smoked ears I have bought at the meat market.
We give them each one of these ears almost every night and they quiet right down and chew away. We love the peace and quiet. Lol
