For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Have had trouble replacing the plush beach ball toy which is a favorite of one of my dogs. This one is a bit larger, but has held up well and washes nicely. Rustler and I are grateful to have found this provider.
Our 80# Rough Collie and our 8# Yorkshire Terrier both love this ball….had to sew up the first one a time or 2. Finally just bought a new one. Seems to be surviving…
This ball is so much fun for our big Golden Retriever. He can chase it and jump on it and it is soft enough that he can munch on it and bring it back.

This was the second time I have purchased from Mickey’s. Excellent product and service.
It’s adorable, but if you have a dog who like to chew, forget it. My one year golden destroyed it in less than a five minutes. All the stuffing ripped out. Now he plays with it emptied of the stuffing. My rating is only because I thought it was a chew toy –; the quality is beautiful, just not sturdy for chewing. I may not have read enough on the product and simply purchased without understanding its purpose.
Kipper loves his beach all and tosses and jumps for joy with it. Sleeps with it too!

I just have to say that I ALWAYS have a great experience when dealing with Mickey’s Pet Supplies. They carry great made in the USA toys and treats. The ease of ordering and the follow through is great! And they sent my dog a Birthday card and little treat along with a Thank you card for me. I will only order from Mickeys, their the greatest! Oh and the Beachball is made of excellent materials!
