For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

we got a new puppy and I discovered the odor free bully sticks….now I send them to my grandpups too…I love getting the videos of them getting the sticks and then doing their little dances of joy.
These are great. The dog loves to chew them, and love that they do not stick like other brands we have tried.
