For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

I have heard that some dogs choke on bully sticks, so be careful. But for my big dog, with a big mouth and big appetite, these are the best treat in the world. We occasionally get a stinker (not odor-free) but 9 out of 10 are good. Actually, the dog enjoys them all, but I prefer no urine smell. We buy these regularly from Mickey’s, and their service is great as are their products.

Doesn’t smell as bad as some. But definitely not odor free. Very pricey …. will be looking for a cheaper option.
