For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
The cat has been using these for years. They need to be replaced about every 2 weeks, but I’ve yet to find anything else on the market that’s as tough or as gratifying to him.
We bought the toy for a new puppy are parents had just received . They stated that the toy was a success , the puppy loved it .
I put small training treats in each end and watch my dog have fun trying to get them out. If you’ve got a puppy that loves their treats, this is a great toy for them. It’s softer rubber, so good for gentle chewers
