Free shipping is offered on orders of $69 and more AFTER any discounts and BEFORE sales tax.

This offer does not include Alaska, Hawaii and Military Addresses.

For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?

The Da Fish was my kitties absolute favorite toy, but they basically wore it out! I was a little worried when the color of the refill was black and white when they had been used to orange, but I had no reason to worry! They absolutely LOVE the black and white da fish, possibly more than their old orange one, which they literally loved so much that they slept with!
