Cycle Dog’s goal is to create the world’s best dog products with a focus on the environment and to raise awareness of the millions of bike tubes thrown into landfills every year. Hand sewn products are proudly made and tested in Portland, Oregon. Since 2009, Cycle Dog has reclaimed hundreds of thousands of discarded inner tube rubber targeted for landfills. Cycle Dog has evolved quite a bit since the early days. With a factory showroom in downtown Portland, Cycle Dog employees still collect inner tubes from most shops in the area.

A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain “Customer Choice Returns”. Although our site offers “Free Shipping” for orders of $69 or more, it is not actually free for us to ship your items to you. If you change your mind, don’t like the item, mistakenly ordered a wrong item, this is considered a Customer Choice Return. The shipping charges we paid to ship your products may be deducted from your refund.

Your order will ship immediately. We are known for our quick shipping!
Orders received over a weekend or holiday will ship on the following business day.

What are my shipping charges?

Free shipping is offered on orders of $69 and more AFTER any discounts and BEFORE sales tax.

This offer does not include Alaska, Hawaii and Military Addresses.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.

What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?

All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
