For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
From the time this package arrived containing this and other Yeowww! toys, the cats have been sneaking into the closet and rubbing or pawing at the package. Christmas Eve the items were placed in separate bags for each cat and placed under the tree. Within minutes the cats were on top of the bags and once again, pawing/clawing at them. This is while the sardine tin was still sealed in plastic! We had to close off the room to keep the cats from tearing into the gifts then and there. Christmas morning all three cats raced to the tree and those bags as soon as given access. They wasted no time pouncing and tossing the bags around. With human help, the tins were unwrapped and the contents exposed. I have never seen all three cats (two senior cats and one adult cat) be so content. Rolled, tossed, licked the catnip-laced sardines in ecstasy. Their eager anticipation was rewarded. Three kitten-like cats enjoying their gifts more than we could have imagined!
