For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Our Squiggly Wiggly loves her Chicken, as soon as the box arrived he has to check the box out…toys for me..I open the box and he is taking the chicken out of the box. He carries them in his mouth, leaves them on our bed, where ever I am I can count on him bringing me one. This was he tells me he is here. That is one of his best toys. Oh he loves to especially play with it at night and leaves it right next to my husband’s slippers , so usually when I stop hearing Squiggs playing with it I end up getting out of be to rescue Chicken so hubby doesnt squish Chicken.
I bought one of these for my 4lb Yorkshire Terrier. She carries it around everywhere and it is her favorite baby. I did not buy it here but in a local store that had only one. I have been looking to buy a few of these when I found it here. Coco misplaced it once and we hysterically looked for it for days. We need to make sure replacements are in stock at home. Just be aware that it chirps a lot when new. After a few months it calms down a lot.
My little rescue cat took to this right away. He is only learning to play with toys. He likes hunting outside. This birdie was irresistible to him. He bats it and kicks it for long periods of time. The sound seemed exciting to him.
Have to put this one up a night or the cats would keep this toy “chirping” until dawn!
My kitty loves this toy so much we actually have to take it away at night because he plays with it nonstop.
So inexpensive yet our cat loves it!
Only problem is, they bat it around for awhile and get the dog interested in it, then he wants to steal it when they walk away! Wish they’d learn to pick up after themselves. LOL
