What are my shipping charges?

Free shipping is offered on orders of $69 and more AFTER any discounts and BEFORE sales tax.

This offer does not include Alaska, Hawaii and Military Addresses.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.

What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?

All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

The toy itself is something I have been looking for for almost 6 years, I found this toy when my cat was a kitten and it was his favorite, to almost never be able to find it again. As soon as I had seen this picture I sent an email to customer service (not expecting a reply honestly) and they got back to me promptly to confirm it is the exact toy iv spent 6 years looking for! Not only did they make sure of this but with my excitement being expressed iver email I’m almost positive they sent they toys out express shipping when I only paid for the normal shipping so my guy could get his toys quicker! This experience has been amazing from the get go and I will order from you guys again! Thank you so much!
