A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain “Customer Choice Returns”. Although our site offers “Free Shipping” for orders of $69 or more, it is not actually free for us to ship your items to you. If you change your mind, don’t like the item, mistakenly ordered a wrong item, this is considered a Customer Choice Return. The shipping charges we paid to ship your products may be deducted from your refund.

Free shipping is offered on orders of $69 and more AFTER any discounts and BEFORE sales tax.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Libby got her new “Bouncy Ball” and is rarely outside without it! She loves playing with it in her wading pool. I told her to keep it away from the groundhog burrow this time.
My German shepherd Libby (1-1/2, 66lbs) and I both took a liking to her new “Bouncy Ball.” It has a nice heft to it so Daddy can throw it quite a distance, and yes it bounces like crazy. Gives Libby much more exercise than her tennis balls, and dirt/slobber rinses off easily. The pic of Libby shows her with a tennis ball because, unfortunately, she dropped her SodaPup ball down the groundhog burrow in our backyard. I ordered a replacement today and I am as excited as Libby for its arrival.

I was thrilled when I googled made in USA dog toys and Mickey’s Pet Supplies showed up. We just got a new puppy and ordered a bunch of toys. They are all great and my puppy is enjoying them.
