Free shipping is offered on orders of $69 and more AFTER any discounts and BEFORE sales tax.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
The Twig toy is a soft chew-able rubber but very durable. The pups like to toss it around and in the air. This is fun.
We just love these twigs and know that our two dogs will too. It is a great shape for dogs who like to carry things around in their mouths. And….our dogs do!
