If you change your mind, don’t like the item, mistakenly ordered a wrong item, this is considered a Customer Choice Return. The shipping charges we paid to ship your products may be deducted from your refund.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
My lab mix gets one of these each evening at about 9:00, or else she gets a cheek with the bully chips. She loves both, and they both last longer than a pig’s ear and leave no mess. The fact that they are homegrown in the US is a measure of security that she is getting something healthy and wholesome. Shipping is prompt and the order always comes with an actual handwritten personal note and a small, unusual treat in a little plastic pouch. I love this company and its ethos. Wouldn’t buy anywhere else.

My German shepherd loves cow’s ears. We’re very careful about what types of chew treats she gets (must be Made in USA) and these have been great. Don’t last forever but nice for a longer-lasting chewie.
