For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We have been searching for these exact ping pong balls for at least 3 years for our cats, and on a whim one day I did an internet search and found Mickey’s Pet Supplies! I was thrilled.
We got a few of these many years ago at our local pet store, and then these balls disappeared completely. They were our cats’ favorite…ALL our cats, over many years. White ping pong balls don’t work. The pattern and slightly unbalanced structure of these ones drive felines crazy and make for so much amusement.
We even framed one of the old ones in a shadowbox with a picture of our dear, departed cat, Merlin, with the inscription, “Merlin and His Favorite Toy.” He couldn’t get enough of these guys.
