What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?

Rosie Rat is a huge success with our midnight charcoal Bengal girl. She carries Rosie all over the house from the middle while also chewing away the fur. The girl is an avid toss and fetch enthusiast (over and over and over). When she tires of that game carries to the drink well for a swim. This causes pre mature degradation unfortunately. This behavior will result in occasional reorders.
Rosie Rat is big success. I’ve given one to my sister-in-law and is a big hit in their house.
My five month old kitten loves this rat and carries it around in his mouth. He also bats it around on the wood floor. We have lost one somewhere in the house, so I suggest if you order this item to get more than one. I am glad I did.
My cat went crazy over this. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that when I was asleep he ate the body. My advice is to only let them have it when you are watching.
My cat was previously an outdoor cat for around 3 years and I have a hard time finding toys he engages with. He absolutely LOVES this toy though and he hasn’t destroyed it after a few weeks of heavy play. This one is long enough my cat can kick it with his back feet but still small enough to skid across the floor when he bats it. 10/10
