For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
I bought one of these for my three cats and they all loved it so much I had to order one for each of them! They go crazy for the catnip and love to bite and kick the toy.
When I brought home a new (to me) cat, several friends stopped by with cat toys. This was by far the favorite toy and she wore it out in about 5 months. She’s a petite cat, only about 7 pounds so this toy is the perfect size for her. And the scent of the catnip inside held up as long as the exterior.
These toys are my cat’s favorites. They both go absolutely nuts for them!!

Our cat smelled it (he doesn’t usually react to catnip) and was intrigued with it right way. He has batted it around and not lost it yet.
One of several toys I purchased for my 4 cats, it has become the very best fav, they wait for their turn to play with it…but not always! Wish it had a place to refill with new catnip.
This is one of the few catnip toys that are filled purely with catnip. Most other catnip toys have predominantly fiberfill with a little pocket of catnip. The feather boa is the icing on the cake. One is my cats throws this into the air and chases after it. They absolutely love it!
