For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

The 2 cats that received these Caterpillar toys were so ready to finally surrender there old Caterpillars from last Christmas! Barney promptly laid on it trying to hide his new treasure and BaBa just got busy bathing it with licks! Will definitely replace again!

All 3 of my cats love this toy! They spend so much time licking it and pulling on the shoe lace strings. I’ve never had any safety issues with these toys and feel confident leaving it out all day.
My cat doesn’t play with many cat toys. However; she goes crazy over the Pet Candy Caterpillar. Sometimes she drags it onto her sleeping blanket and cuddles with it after giving it a good kicking and licking.
Perfect size for wrestling and bunny kicks. Love that it’s just filled with organic catnip.
My cats love it but it had a hole in it when it arrived. I had to sew it shut before giving it to them.
My cat enjoys playing with this toy, and, so far, it’s one of the few toys he hasn’t been able to destroy. He loves holding it so he can bite its head while kicking his feet up against the length of it. Pure kitty bliss!
