If you change your mind, don’t like the item, mistakenly ordered a wrong item, this is considered a Customer Choice Return. Free shipping is offered on orders of $69 and more AFTER any discounts and BEFORE sales tax.

For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
My dog loves it but she ripped a hole in it and”gutted” it the first day. She still plays with it but it has no squeakers or stuffing.

Golden pup loves his new Timber Duck. Chews, tosses, shakes, snuggles & sleeps with his duck! Been about three weeks now and so far holding up well. I love it’s a quality toy made in USA!

My girl Stella is a chewer (greyhound) and this toy has been a hit with her. We have had it for a week and it’s still in one piece!
We selected 5 new toys and this one was an immediate hit!
It’s adorable, but if you have a dog who like to chew, forget it. My one year golden destroyed it in less than a five minutes. All the stuffing ripped out. Now he plays with it emptied of the stuffing. My rating is only because I thought it was a chew toy –; the quality is beautiful, just not sturdy for chewing. I may not have read enough on the product and simply purchased without understanding its purpose.
This duck is Kipper’s blanket, playmate and headrest all in one. Kipper will sleep with the duck on top of him, he’ll roll over and rest his head on the duck, and toss and catch his duck over and over. It’s his new best friend!!
