If you change your mind, don’t like the item, mistakenly ordered a wrong item, this is considered a Customer Choice Return. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Kipper loves all of his Mutts ‘n Mittens toys, and this one is no exception. Something about the way these are made, the materials used , the design, everything…. these folks just know what a dog is looking for in a toy and know how to deliver. We have multiple beach balls, pink cottontail large bunnies, a white fleecy bunny and this inner tube and a yellow ducky. Kipper loves to mouth these and toss them about. i am always searching for new Mutts ‘n Mittens toys and was thrilled to see this tube and the little duck. He also has about 10 of their cream puffs.
