For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
I was searching for a picture of a greyhound racing lure I had seen in an online auction when this came up in the search. Decided to buy one for our retired racer. She loves it! It has become her #1 toy. Added plus for me is that it is made in the USA.
Ginger, my Goldendoodle, loves her new bunny! She attacks it, throws it around, chews and squeaks it, and so far it has held together. I was so glad to find these toys made in the USA, since I won’t buy anything made in China. Very happy to support small businesses like these. We bought this toy as an Easter gift for our daughter’s Border Collie. The bunny is very well made, soft and appears to be extremely durable. My daughter loves the fact that it is machine washable.
