For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Good size and softness plus the squeaker keeps our youngest sheltie quite happy. Seems to be very good quality.
This is the second one purchased so yes I like them. Big dog, Golden Retriver/Yellow Lab, loves big plush bones and these look like they will hold up better then previously purchased off of Amazon.
Was looking for a big plush bone replacement for the cheap china ones I have. Found this one and like the looks and really liked the made in USA. Dog loves it and it looks like it should hold up well. She tends to be easy on stuffed toys unlike some big dogs.
I would say, if you are looking, to give it a try.
