For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

The Mr. Bill dog toy feel apart after 10 minutes of my dog playing with it. We had one previously I got at a TJ Max that the dog played with for over 8 months and no problems with that one I bought at the store. Seems this one I ordered is not as well built and stitching came out right away on the one, I purchased from you,
Our dog, Spinner, loved his friend Morgan’s old, ragged Mr. Bill. Morgan’s mom gave Spinner the toy. He loved it so much, I decided to get him a new one. He carries Mr. Bill everywhere.
so funny to find that one. the dog just looks at this one like he has gone crazy

My little guy loves this toy (although in the wee hours of the morning it sounds like two vocal cats).
So far after 2 weeks this toy seems durable for my 6 month pup. He is only 5 lbs but fierce in fetching and chewing. He jumps on it and when it says “Oh No” he barks at it. Fun to watch.
