When introducing new chews:
– Do not give an entire new chew to your dog, even if they are a large breed. When introducing a new chew, take it away when a quarter or halfway (less for small breeds) done to ensure their system agrees with it.
– Start with 5 minutes of chewing and work your way up to 15 minutes maximum.
– Chewing should always be supervised.

For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
I bought a several of these duck trachea as a trial to see if my 2 doodles would like them and how long would they last. Well needless to say they loved them however idk if they tasted them or not bc they disappeared down their throats in 1 min. So prob not worth the $ for me to purchase.
