For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

I like Mickey’s pet supply because all their Bully Sticks come from the United States. I started to give my dachshund about two a week as a treat and I thought he would be happy. To make a long story short. He wanted one everyday. After his dinner when he garbled it down he goes to the closet where I keep them and waits for his treat. He loves them. I can’t imagine if I go to the closet and there was not one to give him. I have tried other places but he only likes Mickey’s and I know they come from the United States. They have good sales.
