For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

I have 2 Dobermans and the one who has been with us the longest gets her walk first. The second Doberman is offended by this practice. It seems to even injure his soul. However, one of Mickey’s USA Bully Sticks seems to cause a complete cure. Once he took the Bully Stick in his mouth for the duration of his walk. He’s very proud of his Bully Sticks!
My 9-month old Westie loves bully sticks and the 6″ thick ones are the perfect size for him. They fit into the holder and he chews on them for hours. They also keep the tartar off his teeth. I would definitely buy them again.
My dog loves these bully sticks, and I love them because Mickeys sends them out to me right away, with absolutely no hassle. So my dog is happy and so am I. Love Mickeys pet supplies. 5 stars all around.
