For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Mr Muggins is a strong chewer and he needs the extra large sticks! I bought the large and I’m sure they are fine for most dogs but mine needs the extra thick ones! I’ll buy the giant ones again!
These are perfect for my heavy chewer, size is always consistent and really thick. My only complaint is that they have a stronger odor than other “odorless” brands I have tried but not enough so to be a deal breaker for me. I will definitely buy these again.
I’ve never tasted one myself so I can’t truly review it but my Ellie can so watching her go to work on it is all I need to see She loves em

I try to feed my pup natural things…many times bully sticks are so skinny that they are just a treat, not these. they are real and large and entertain my pup soooo much longer,
Mom… hmmm a bit worried when they get small. I purchased the rubber thingy that prevents your dog from choking on smaller bits. I find it so hard to get the stick into it. Finally got someone who could.
