What are my shipping charges?

Free shipping is offered on orders of $69 and more AFTER any discounts and BEFORE sales tax.

This offer does not include Alaska, Hawaii and Military Addresses.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.

What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?

All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

As I’d hoped when I’d ordered this particular teaser wand, it’s something a bit different from the typical cat wands and my cat enjoys when we play with it. Best of all, it’s fairly strong and he hasn’t destroyed it yet, which is what he does to a lot of his toys.

This wand is very strong and curly so stretches to a long length. Both of our boys loved it!
