A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain “Customer Choice Returns”. Although our site offers “Free Shipping” for orders of $69 or more, it is not actually free for us to ship your items to you. If you change your mind, don’t like the item, mistakenly ordered a wrong item, this is considered a Customer Choice Return. The shipping charges we paid to ship your products may be deducted from your refund.

What are my shipping charges?
Free shipping is offered on orders of $69 and more AFTER any discounts and BEFORE sales tax.
This offer does not include Alaska, Hawaii and Military Addresses.
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
I ordered the Boinks pictured, which I know my cat loves. I received the longer ones that don’t flare much at the ends, which are much less interesting to kitty. I tried them out, rather than them send back and bought some of the ones pictured at my local store to be sure I got what I wanted..
Felix took right to it, boxing and kicking it. He promptly lost it under the couch. I found it, gave it back, he attacked it and lost it once again. These little kicker toys are fun to him but they disappear quickly.
My 15-year old cats are very picky about toys that they really play with. This was a huge hit with both of them. Biggest plus they are made in USA with USA Catnip
I am so thankful to everyone at Mickey’s Pet Supplies. They were very helpful when I needed a special request for a specific boinks color due to my kitty Sage losing her favorite boink. She was so sad that she lost her toy that she had searched for it but couldn’t find it but now she is so happy with her boinks. Thank you again! =D
