What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

My Labrador loves this toy. I bought it to practice extreme verticle dock diving. I hang it from an agility hurtle about 3 feet off the ground and let her grab it. It’s teaching her to go for a suspended toy without having to throw it. It works great. She also loves to play fetch with it. It’s more durable than other toys I’ve used.
I intended this as a toy, to be tugged/chewed by my two dogs and/or tugged by one dog and me, and to be thrown for retrieval, though my dogs are not officially “retriever” skilled. The handles only lasted 3 days; the remainder is intact. I now realize “bumpers” are more of a tool for training than a toy, so I misunderstood the purpose that may give this more longevity. Without the handles, my pups ignore it.
Perhaps some milder chewers could use it as a toy.
this toy is perfect for my Lab, who destroys every toy he gets. he crushes the bottle inside of it, and we simply replace the bottle. the bumper is very durable!
We are using this for Search and rescue training. Works amazing!
