For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
The Jolly Bone is the best toy my little Yorker has. He has had one for a year and it looks almost new. He has chewed on it and we throw it for him daily. I was sooo happy when I found that Mickey’s carried the bone. I bought two so I would have extra if the one he had was misplaced or lost.
