For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We have two, very food oriented, rescues so most treats, if they are not moving too fast, are welcome. These turkey tendons put them over the moon! They do not last long with my aggressive chewers but make a great, natural treat that I feel good about giving them. (We do split elk antlers for longevity.)
Even with two dogs and a once a day treat, the price point here is excellent.
Have tried tendons from various suppliers and Mickey’s are the very best.

I first purchased the smaller size of this item and my dog loved these. Since He gets one every day and there was a financial savings I opted to buy the larger pkg. My dog didn’t seem to like these as much. Maybe they don’t move as many of the larger pkgs and they are a little older. They are still better than the other brand I bought at Chewy.
Having one of these treats is his favorite part of the day.
