For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
My dog loves this toy! She is an aggressive chewer but this toy held up very well. We are all happy with it!

This chipmunk is the perfect size for our very large Dalmation. He carries it around the house with him. When he sits on the couch with it he changes it’s laying and sitting positions regularly. It fits perfectly in his mouth for squeeking and is tough enough for his very large, toy demolishing teeth. Worth every penny. He seems to like it better than the Chipmunks he chases in the yard.
