Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Kittens love them! they are furry, rattle and easily handle by three month olds. package came through the usps mail. kittens played with them right out of the package.
I purchased a few toys from your website. My cat loved all his toys. I was happy that you shipped to Canada. It was a bit of a wait, but well worth it. My cat played with these toys more than any others that I had previously bought. I won’t waste time looking in Canadian pet stores again, I will be ordering them here. This is an awesome cat toy; it is very well constructed. However, they are a bit larger than I was expecting so just keep in mind that this mouse is a bit bigger than the other fur toys on here. It is still a great buy though 🙂
