We suggest replacing your Cat Catcher Feather Tail Mouse when it is worn. Simply unhook from the swivel attachment, discard the worn toy, and attach the replacement mouse onto the swivel. Please do not leave your cat alone or unattended while playing with any toy or wand, as cats will want to chew up anything that seems to look like prey to them.
Most items may be returned within 30 days of purchase date in new and unused condition.
A Return Merchandise Authorization must be obtained by calling us at 877-863-5431.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain “Customer Choice Returns”. Although our site offers “Free Shipping” for orders of $69 or more, it is not actually free for us to ship your items to you. If you change your mind, don’t like the item, mistakenly ordered a wrong item, this is considered a Customer Choice Return. The shipping charges we paid to ship your products may be deducted from your refund.

Free shipping is offered on orders of $69 and more AFTER any discounts and BEFORE sales tax.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

I have ordered from this company twice now. My dog Pichardo was sick with cancer and this was the only dog treat she would eat. I searched high and low and stumbled upon this company and they had the Wet Noses Pretzels I had been looking for. They ship pretty fast and I love the extra effort they put into packing the treats along with a personalized note and a little treat sample bonus. Our Girl Pichardo cross the rainbow bridge this week and our second order just came. (It was my poor timing on the order). Bittersweet. The note made me smile for sure. Our girl Slinky will enjoy these in memory of her sister Pichardo. I’ll also be adding a couple bags to a raffle basket animal fundraiser coming up.
