For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
I have a Golden Retriever who often just needs something to help him settle for the evening. He’s had plenty of exercise, eaten his dinner, and he’s still bouncing around looking for….Something! That’s when I pull out this bone. He gets a 10- 20 minute chew after which I trade him for a special small treat (a few pieces of hot dog or deli meat, etc). And he settles! This bone is the safest thing I have found. He works hard to soften and get very small pieces and the limited time means he isn’t getting too much. It lasts for lots of these little sessions.
This collagen roll has held up well to my extreme chewer. We’ve had issues with other collagen rolls not lasting very long and/or quickly unrolling, but he has yet to make it through his first in the first month. I will definitely be purchasing more of these!
My dog loves the collagen bones that are raw pat free. Highly recommend them.
Great chew treat, last long, digestible. Only let them chew for about a half hour.
They last a long time and this chew hasn’t caused any tummy issues.
I like the size of the collagen treat. It takes a while to finish it off. But, I have not been giving them to him like usual. After chewing on about a quarter of it, I let him rest. He ended up having loose stool. He did not have that happen on all the previous treats he’s had. So, when it happened again, it was concerning. Today, he was given a new different one and again a looser stool. Did the formula change? I was much happier before. He still has some left, but if it does the same, I will have to pass. Again, before this last order, they Rocked!
I ordered this as a substitute for discontinued Wholesome Hides retriever roll. They are the next best thing. Its one piece of raw hide – thats good, now here is the bad- my dog loves them and they don’t last long
Two large dogs, who live to chew hard. Rolls from pet store lasted 20 min, but these last a couple of days. No tummy issues, no smell, great product.
We’ve tried everything from yak cheese to beef cheeks and everything that takes normal dogs an hour or even a couple of days is like 10 minutes for our Labrador. We have to take these away after 45 or so minutes, but we can get 2-3 days out of them. He LOVES to chew!
