Free shipping is offered on orders of $69 and more AFTER any discounts and BEFORE sales tax.

For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Really wanted the newt. My cat’s name is Newt, because he is orange. But still loves the rodent. As i took it out of the package, he came andvtook it out of my hand.
Little Miss Kitty loves the salamander — so happy we could get it. She bats it around the floor and it scoots off easily allowing her to chase it and bat it again .

My guys love their older crackler cat toys but those were getting old and I needed new ones. There are 3 versions of this (salamander, turtle, and chipmunk) and I wanted one of each since I have 3 cats. All the other places I checked would only send me whatever they wanted. Only Mickey’;s Pet Supplies said they’d send me one of each. Yay! They’re the best! And my guys are having a great time with their new crackling toys, too.
Previously had a turtle, which is one of his favorite toys. He hasn’t really warmed up to squirrel yet, but he has given him a little playtime.
