If you change your mind, don’t like the item, mistakenly ordered a wrong item, this is considered a Customer Choice Return. Free shipping is offered on orders of $69 and more AFTER any discounts and BEFORE sales tax.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
I purchased two and was glad I did. Both cats like to play with their own, especially with the attached ball. We have several Fat Cat products, but I haven’t seen this one on other sites or in stores. This was an great purchase for the kitties.
My husband and I have enjoyed watching our cats “Making Biscuits” on this cute and fluffy mat! They take turns peddling on it, but they also love sleeping on this Mat. I might have to get them another one.
