For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
These treats are one of my pups’ favorites. I tried raw hide treats and they did not sit well on their stomachs. These digest well with no issues. Good for pups who like to chew!
Our dog expects a Peanut butter No Hide every night when we have dinner. She loves them, and they are perfect for her because she cannot have animal protein. They j’épouse her busy and are the highlight of her very happy days! We buy many at a time, because w3 would be ‘in trouble’ if we were out of them.
